A single verse stopped me cold:

It raised one thunderous question:

Can there be leadership without purpose?

That question sparked the upcoming book, FOR THIS REASON: The Quest for Purposeful Leadership – Leadership from the Heart, Illuminating Lives, Inspiring Organizations — and it ignited HeartRise Leadership.

Kennedy Barasa​

Guided by his North Star — “Helping people lead with purpose to brighten lives, uplift communities, and create measurable impact” — Kennedy Barasa is a diplomat turned CEO, board-level strategist, and author whose 20-year career spans government, corporate governance, NGOs, and academia.

He founded HeartRise Leadership to fulfill his mission: “empowering people to lead with purpose by providing practical tools, experiences, and support that brighten lives, uplift communities, and create measurable impact.”
